Nutrition and health coaching provides the guidance and knowledge to make lasting change within the body. It’s a collaborative process that empowers you to create a foundation for long-term well-being.
New clients will book a one hour initial consultation to get to know one another and discuss your main health concerns, symptoms experienced and goals.
We will review an evaluation and health/lifestyle intake form that will be sent prior to the session.
The evaluation is a questionnaire to give more insight into possible dysfunction within the body and the state your body is in. Together, we’ll explore the next steps that feel most aligned for you.
As your practitioner, I will be providing personalized wellness recommendations to enhanced health that encompasses a whole-body approach. The recommendations will be specific to your body and needs. Every body is unique and deserves to be considered based on its biology and physiology.

Foundations of health: nutrient dense diet, digestion, sleep, stress and blood sugar regulation
Our body is made of interconnected systems that impact the functions of one another. Dysfunction and imbalances can create symptoms if we do not focus on the foundations and our whole body. Our bodies can regenerate, repair and heal when balance is restored.
Within nutritional therapy sessions, nutritional needs are evaluated. Support for dietary changes, lifestyle and supplementation is provided.

Health coaching leads to discoveries that we didn’t know we were neglecting taking care of. Evidence and science based methodologies are used in sessions to guide you in optimizing health.
