New clients will book a one hour initial consultation to get to know one another and discuss your main health concerns, symptoms experienced and goals.
We will review an evaluation and health/lifestyle intake form that will be sent prior to the session.
The evaluation is a questionnaire to give more insight into possible dysfunction within the body and the state your body is in. Together, we’ll explore the next steps that feel most aligned for you.
